Love is in the Air - part 3

Thank you for making this "Love is in the Air" campaign such a success. We're sending out "Thank You Dollars" every day. And we're gaining Facebook fans at a pretty good clip.

(Click here to read about the $50 credits we'll be giving out at the beginning of March)

In this last installment, we want to tell you about a couple tools you can use to spread the word about iPrintfromHome.com and pad up those "Thank You Dollars" accounts.

Request a Custom Link
We would be happy to provide you with a custom link to post on your website, blog, Facebook page, etc. The link will contain tracking information so that we can automatically credit you for any new customers who come to our site and register as a result of clicking on your link.

To request a link for your website, please click here to send us an e-mail.

New Customer Promotion
When you recommend our services to your friends, let them know about our New Customer Promotion. All new accounts created at iPrintfromHome.com are eligible for a $10 account credit

Although you won't be able to get the $10 "New Customer" credit, you can use this offer to spread the word about our services and entice people to try us out. For each person that you send to iPrintfromHome.com, you can earn up to $12.00 in account credit.

Tell your friends to enter “TWEET-your name” (i.e. Tweet-Jane Doe) in the registration box when they create their accounts. This way we can give you credit for the referral (see "Thank You Dollars" program) and give your friend the $10 new customer credit.

As always, thank you for your support of iPrintfromHome.com!

Thanks,
the iPrintfromHome.com team

P.S. If you haven't done so already, make sure you "Like" our page on Facebook before February 28th so that you're entered to win a $50 credit at iPrintfromHome.com!

Love is in the Air - part 1

We couldn't be happier about the fact that you share your stories about your experiences with our company in your blog entries, on your Facebook pages and in your conversations with friends and family. Not only are you helping us help more people, but you're also allowing us to spend more of our time working on improving our products and services, rather than spending time & money on traditional advertising.

During the month of February, we like to take the opportunity to say "THANK YOU!" for all of your help and also to remind you of some of the programs we have in place to help facilitate the work you do to spread the word about us.

Starting with this one, we're going to send you an eNewsletter each week in February, highlighting different aspects of our "Thank You Dollars" program. First, we'd like to start out with a simple description of the program itself:

Thank You Dollars Program
At iPrintfromHome.com, we run a "Thank You Dollars" program where we award current customers iPrintfromHome account credit for referring new customers.

If you send us a new customer, you will earn $2 in "Thank You Dollars" when your friend creates an account at iPrintfromHome.com and enters your name in the "Referred by" entry box. You will receive another $10 when they place their first order. As you earn "Thank You Dollars," they will be automatically deposited into your account and you will receive notification by email. Basically, it boils down to $12 in account credit for each customer that you send to iPrintfromHome.com, which you can then apply towards future orders.

This program runs all the time and there are no limits to how many Thank You Dollars you can earn.

iPrintfromHome.com Ambassador Center
Once you start successfully referring customers, we'll send you an e-mail invitation to become an official iPrintfromHome.com Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you can take advantage of various tools we've made available to help you spread the word about iPrintfromHome.com and you'll get sneak peeks on promotions and new products. For more information about our Ambassadors Program, please click here.

As always, thank you for your support of iPrintfromHome.com! Thank you for your help spreading the word about our services. Keep your eyes peeled for part 2 and 3 of this eNewsletter series.

Thanks,
the iPrintfromHome.com team

We are a husband and wife team: we do the dance, we speak without speaking, we know what each other is thinking without words. Having different perspectives, not just because there is a 6" height difference, but also in our creative visions, is what helps complete the stories we capture. We have a passion for capturing emotional wedding stories layered with the love that a couple shares, the essence of who they are. It is in these moments when all the day's shots come together that we are reminded of how lucky we are to share this passion between us.

Having walked the walk, we know what it is like to go through the wedding process. Caterers one day, cake the next. We know you will find relief in our no-pressure, relaxed environment, and convenient-for-you approach.

What, How & Why: A Closer Look - Featuring Dorrie Rifkin

At iPrintfromHome.com, we work with artists and photographers from across the United States and Canada. We're inspired everyday by the images that they send to us and by the stories they share.

In our "What, How & Why" interview series, we take a closer look at some of these fascinating people.

We've asked each participating artist or photographer three simple questions:

1. What do you do?
2. How do you do it?
3. Why do you use iPrintfromHome.com?

Please read on to find out more about Dorrie Rifkin.

Dorrie Rifkin
Artist
Englewood, NJ

What do you do?
Depending on the moment, I am a freelance art director, watercolor artist, and teacher. Painting is the most fun and infuses me with energy. I fell in love with watercolors when I was a kid and the passion grows more and more each year.

How do you do it?
Multitasking. My subjects are from my adventures and life experiences. I live close to New York City so many of my paintings are inspired by city scenes that I photograph. I put the photos into photoshop to create a stronger design (years working as an art director serve me well here). Then I do a tight drawing (here is where a strong paper comes in handy). Next a visit to the fridge for a snack and Diet Coke. Then the fun starts.

Why do you use iPrintfromHome.com?
I've used iPrintfromHome for a long time. I sell high quality prints in my etsy store.
Let me tell you a story. I was married in July so this is dear to my heart. I just received a thank you note from a customer that purchased a print of a painting I did of New York City's Lincoln Center for her husband to celebrate their wedding aniversay. He proposed to her in front of Lincoln Center. Cool right? Well that was the third thank you I've received from clients that proposed to their mates in front of Lincoln Center.

What a great life!

Happy New Year!

The picture to the right is from our cheesecake party in Februrary 2011 to celebrate hitting 1,000 fans on Facebook. We're featuring that image today because we think it speaks a lot about our company culture.

Connecting with our customers is a priority at iPrintfromHome.com.

We are a small group of people based out of Buffalo, NY working to help artists all across the country. A big part of our success comes from understanding the needs of our customers. And, we gain that understanding by being involved in and helping to develop a community of artists. These days that community has greater reach than it ever has. With the help of the internet, we've been able to connect with people all over the United States and Canada. Many of you have never actually met us face to face, but through our small interactions on the phone, over e-mail and Twitter, or simply by working with your images, we get to know each other. It's really exciting to get the opportunity day in and day out to work with such a dynamic and interesting group of people.

In one form or another, we've been working with artists for over thirty years. Although the technology keeps changing, the basic needs are the same. You and your fellow customers have ideas or visions that currently reside in your mind, on canvas, or in digital form and you need help accurately translating those visions into prints. We know how important your images are to you and we take pride in producing excellent reproductions of your work. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you image your imagination.

As always, we've really enjoyed working with you in 2011. We've got some cool stuff in the works for 2012. Keep your eyes out for more improvements to our products and processes. And, keep on sending us your suggestions and requests! The more we understand what you need and want, the better we'll be able to help make it happen. As always, we aim to provide you with a service that delights you and never takes you for granted.

From our family to yours, we wish you the very best this coming year. We're looking forward to continuing the journey with you.

Happy New Year!

Thanks,
the iPrintfromHome.com team

Happy Holidays!

We hope that you've checked everything off your list and can finally sit back, relax, and enjoy the season.

We know we say it all the time, but we only do that because it's true. We love our jobs, mostly because we get to work with people like you. There's an old saying that you may be familiar with:

"All things have beauty, but not everyone sees it." ~Confucious

You and your fellow customers of iPrintfromHome.com are the kind of people who see it. You see it, take notice, and then capture a little bit to share with the world. When you get something really good, you send it off to us to help you turn that vision into a print. We're so happy that you've chosen to include us in your creative process. It really is a pleasure working with you and getting the chance to see some of the beauty that you capture.

From our family to yours, we wish you the very best this holiday season and in the coming year.

Happy Holidays!

Thanks,
the iPrintfromHome.com team

You've already got the perfect gift.

If you've been in any shopping malls lately, you've probably noticed that things are getting a little crazy out there. Good thing you've already got the perfect gift.
